World Day of Prayer Against Human Trafficking

The SNJM Anti-Trafficking Committee is inviting you to a reflection in connection with the feast of St Josephine Bakhita.  This date, February 8th, was designated as the World Day of Prayer and Against Human Trafficking.

"Human trafficking is a crime against humanity. We must unite our efforts to free victims and stop this crime that's become ever more aggressive, that threatens not just individuals, but the foundational values of society," international security and laws, the economy, families and communities."   Pope Francis December 2013
