Celebration at Ste-Émélie

On October 5, 2011 a special event took place at Ste-Émélie!

Indeed, the Sisters from the community had put a project together in honour of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Mother Marie-Rose. A warm welcome, decorations, visuals, a Mass, a festive meal...all which spoke to us of our beloved foundress.

And the highlight of the day...some Sisters, under the direction of Sister Gisèle Beauchamp, presented excerpts from Sister Lorna Cooney’s book, all embellished with meaningful items which, at the end, formed a most beautiful visual.

Bravo to Sister Lise Brosseau and her community group.
