Despite the lack of snow on the ground, the Sisters at Maison Jésus-Marie had their own their own indoor “sugaring-off party” on March 22, 2012. 

Thanks to the foresight of Mr. Jacques Jodin, the cook, who had put some containers of snow in the freezer in preparation for this event.

The many Sisters who attended thoroughly enjoyed the delicious taffy that was formed when the hot maple syrup was poured onto the snow.  Indeed! A moment of pure joy!  Thank you Lord!
