Barbecue at Jésus-Marie

On a sunny July 20th, a celebration took place at Maison Jésus-Marie, for the Sisters from the St-André and St-Charles pavilions, who celebrate their birthdays in June, July and August.

About thirty people gathered in the courtyard, which had been decorated for the occasion with different colored parasols giving a very special touch to our enjoyable festivities.

Aperitifs, hot-dogs and hamburgers "were consumed by the Sisters" with gusto and hearty appetites! This was followed with a frozen dessert. Together we sang, “The heart never grows old!”

Then came time for the distribution of a piece of our heritage, small religious books gleaned from our dearly departed.

Then it was “au revoir”, until the next time!
