June 24th in Val-Morin

A big celebration was held June 24th at Val Morin.

The cafeteria was beautifully decorated to celebrate the feast of Saint John the Baptist, the national feast of the Québécois.

At 11:00 a.m. there was a grand gathering at the entrance of the Chalet du Lac.

The celebration began with the singing of "Gens du Pays", with Madame Lorraine Bouchard singing the solo parts.

Delicious snacks were enjoyed between the singing of the folk songs.

We will remember our national holiday.
