A Time for Creation

Each year, beginning on September 1st – the first day of the orthodox liturgical year – until October 4th – the feast of Saint Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals and the environment in the Catholic tradition – Churches are called to participate in a "Time for Creation".

2012 being the International Year of Sustainable Energy for All, we are in the process of gathering prayers and liturgical resources on this theme.
