Marie-Rose Durocher is present in l'Épiphanie and St-Roch-de-l'Achigan

The administrative amalgamation of the parishes of Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan and l’Épiphanie is part of the pastoral plan of Bishop Gilles Lussier, bishop of the Diocese of Joliette, and is expected to be finalized before December 2013.

At that time, the dissolution of two fabriques will take place and there will be the creation of one parish unit which will bear the name of Marie-Rose Durocher, “who taught many of the ‘Épiphaniens’ at the convent” remarked M. Daniel Archambault, president of the fabrique of the parish of l’Épiphanie.
