Meeting of the Quebec SNJM’s Coordination Board
On Saturday, May 11th, the members of the Board which works in collaboration with the Provincial Leadership Team, held their last meeting for the year 2012-2013.
They returned to two topics which had taken up a good part of the discussion at the previous meeting: structures of local government and continuing education. They made suggestions on these two topics to the Provincial Leadership Team for actions which could be introduced into the action plan for 2013-2014.
The members then discussed the Provincial Leadership’s action plan for 2012-2013. They evaluated the projects that were carried out in order to reach the goals that were set by the team, and made some suggestions for guidelines for commitments for next year.
They also presented suggestions for a missioning celebration at the beginning of next year. The group expressed their satisfaction with the meeting which was marked by freedom of expression, listening and respect for each other’s opinion.
