A social justice enthusiast...full of get-up-and-go!

All good things must come to an end, but it is without regret that Sister Huguette Fleurant, s.n.j.m. left the Centre d’action Bénévole d’Iberville (CAB), on May 1st, 2013. After ten years at the helm of the organization, plenty of new experiences await her - some that she has already planned and others which will just come along.

Never had Sister Huguette worked so long in one place.  “I am a woman who likes to face new challenges. I never stay in the same place for more than five or six years”, she said. Paradoxically, it was because of one challenge after another, that she made an exception in her professional career for "CAB".
