A Tribute Given in Ottawa

On October 16, 2014, during the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Centre de services à la famille in Ottawa, I was given the honour of presenting to Sister Lorraine Mongeon and Sister Monique Thériault the result of my work entitled:
