Listening, present to, supportive: these are the words which have characterized Sister Fleurette Deneault during her twenty-five years as a volunteer at Maison Marguerite. At the age of ninety-two, with much nostalgia and regret, she has just left the work in which she had wholeheartedly immersed herself, according to the motto of the house: “Empowering Women”
