60 Years of Religious Profession Merits a Celebration!

The three jubilarians

With full hearts, the Sisters from Marie-Rose-Durocher Residence joined with their companions, Sisters Jacqueline Cossette, Élisabeth Gagné and Denise Amyot to say to the Lord: ”You are there!” and to answer: “I am full of joy!” Indeed, 60 years of religious profession!

Our Sisters Gisèle Lizotte, Pierrette Panneton and Pierrette St-Yves, also jubilarians who live elsewhere, joined us for the celebrations along with other invited guests: Sisters Marthe Carmel, Monique Thériault, Lise Gagnon, Lorraine Mongeon, Liette Lessard and Claire Giroux.

A tribute to the jubilarians

Sister Marie-Claire Morin lent her talent as an organist to accompany the hymns which were led by Sister Lorraine Beauchamp.

A warm welcome, a Eucharistic celebration presided by Father Claude Forest, a festive dinner, and best wishes from the community unfolded in a climate of camaraderie and gratitude.

May these memories continue to be a source of warmth and joy!
